WORK HISTORY
Age of Learning/ABCMouse - Design Manager (2016-2020)
Managed and directed a team of 4+ Ux and Ui designers.
Created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for market leading educational software.
Collaborated with product owners and key stakeholders to develop strategies for teacher and parent facing assessment and teaching tools.
Conducted on-site user testing and interviews.
Worked within both Agile and KanBan work environments.
Increased user engadgment of child assessments feature by 95%.
Belkin International/WeMo - Sr. User Interface Designer (2012-2016)
Managed and directed a team of 2+ designers.
Lead the Ui design for Belkin mobile apps including WeMo, a line of connected devices with over 1 million activations.
Developed patented Ui patterns and micro-interactions for iOS and Android mobile applications.
Developed WeMo brand design system that increased quality and efficiency in design production.
Gave creative consultation and direction on Belkin.com E-commerce redesign.
Created email, online, and social marketing materials for Belkin.com.
Forever 21 - Web Design Manager (2009-2012)
Managed and directed a team of 4 designers.
Revamped the online experience, from search to checkout, utilizing information gained from online surveys and remote user testing, which substantially improved conversion rates.
Created seasonal and trend based campaigns resulting in over 100% increase in online sales.
Worked with merchandising, photography, and brand managers, to develop online/e-commerce strategies for core F21 and internal brands.
American Apparel - Web Design Manager (2004-2009)
Managed and directed a team of 5 designers.
Rebuilt e-commerce and corporate site designs from wireframe to production.
Grew online sales over 100% annually year over year.
Developed company’s iconic online marketing initiatives.
